An adhesive is any substance applied to the surfaces of materials that binds them together and resists separation. For filling in the gaps between the tiles after installation. A range of products are available. The one to choose depends on the type of grout joint. Don`t forget you can use additives to produce a higher performance grout if needed.
Water Based Polyurethane- excellent all around. Superior performance and versitility. Should always be considered for bathrooms, decks, roofs. Can be tiled or left as is.
Bitumen – good for ponds, retaining walls, roofs, planter boxes, water tanks etc
Acrylic – Very good for bathrooms and other wet areas that will be tiled. Some also suitable for roofs.
